Participation in our charity golf tournament, purchase of event tickets, sponsorships, and donations are subject to the terms and policies posted on this website at the time of purchase. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and agree to those terms.
We make every effort to present accurate event details, pricing, sponsorship information, and donation opportunities; however, all information is subject to change without notice, including event date, location, format, and availability.
To the extent permitted by law, Seljaas Foundation reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event due to weather, course conditions, safety concerns, low enrollment, or circumstances beyond our control.
Donations may be tax-deductible only to the extent allowed by law. Any deductible amount may be reduced by the fair market value of goods or services received in connection with a ticket purchase, sponsorship, or event participation. Donors and sponsors should consult their tax advisor regarding deductibility.
Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting The Seljaas Foundation and our charity golf tournament. Because event planning and charitable fundraising expenses begin well in advance of the event, the following refund policy applies:
1. Donations
All donations are final and nonrefundable. Please review your contribution carefully before submitting it.
2. Event Tickets / Player Registrations
All ticket and player registration purchases are final and nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend, you may contact us at seljaashoops@gmail.com to ask whether your registration may be transferred to another participant, subject to our approval and event deadlines.
3. Sponsorships
All sponsorship purchases are final and nonrefundable. Sponsorship benefits may begin immediately upon purchase, including promotional recognition, signage preparation, printed materials, and event planning commitments.
4. Event Cancellation, Rescheduling, or Changes
The Seljaas Foundation reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify the event at its discretion. If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, The Seljaas Foundation may, in its sole discretion:

treat the payment as a charitable donation, where permitted,

apply the payment to a rescheduled event, or
-
issue a refund.
If the event is rescheduled, registrations and sponsorships may be applied to the new date.
5. Processing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error or submitted an incorrect amount, please contact us at seljaashoops@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the matter and, if appropriate, correct the error.
